Carolyne entered the permanent placement industry in 1992 when she joined a well-established Nashville recruiting firm which specialized in the permanent placement of qualified office professionals. With dedication, contacts and determination, Carolyne broke almost every record the company had ever set. On most occasions, Carolyne was the top producer, not only for the recruiting firm, but also in the State of Tennessee. From 1992 to 1999 she consistently won the Top Producer award from the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants. Carolyne left the recruiting firm in 1999 to start her own company. Following The Hadden Group's first year in business, it was nominated for the Small Business Award by its clients and was recognized as the finalist by the Nashville Business Journal. The Hadden Group also won a Top Producer award for the office support category, Rookie of the Year, and three Million Dollar Circle awards from the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants. Currently, Carolyne handles all administrative placements for The Hadden Group. Carolyne has been in Nashville since 1973 and has 2 children; both graduated from Ensworth High School and matriculated to the University of Alabama. Carolyne is passionate about her children, loves to read, cook, paint, and entertain her friends & family.
Founder & Co-Owner
Jeff is a founder and co-owner of The Hadden Group. Jeff has 35+ years of healthcare industry experience, including 24 as a VP with HCA’s acquisitions team. Jeff received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master's Degree in Hospital and Health Administration from Xavier University. Jeff drives Strategic Development and leads The Hadden Group’s healthcare team. He enjoys golf, boating and time with family and friends.
Director of Business Development
In January 2019, Chris joined our team to lead all business development efforts for The Hadden Group. He works alongside a talented group of professionals to create long-term partnerships with businesses and organizations of all sizes, focusing primarily on healthcare sales, marketing, director engagement and business development. His diverse background and depth of experience is a complementary addition to the Firm’s mission to super-serve its clientele and help them achieve their unique objectives. Before joining The Hadden Group, Chris’s enthusiasm for working in complex environments and his ability to strategically unite decision makers afforded him success in developing new business and driving sales. A brief stint in entertainment and more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and the relatively nascent fields of artificial intelligence and big data analytics has reinforced his belief that anything is possible when passionate people work tirelessly together to achieve a common goal. Chris and his wife Meagan enjoy cooking, traveling, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with family and friends.
Alison is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, but has called Nashville home since 2012. After graduating at the top of her class from University of Montevallo with a degree in Retail Merchandising and Business, Alison worked in sales before making the move to Nashville. Inspired by the growth and opportunity a city like Nashville presented, she then decided to return to school, earning her MBA from Lipscomb University in the Fall of 2016. Graduating with honors, Alison also earned a place in the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, which celebrates high academic achievement in graduate and doctoral programs. Upon graduation, Alison was offered the opportunity to be part of the physician recruitment team at Steward Health Care, formerly known as Iasis Healthcare, based in Franklin, Tennessee. During her time there, she was responsible for recruiting across several states throughout the U.S., with a heavy emphasis in the Texas and Utah regions. Alison was also directly responsible for the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns within her department as well as lead designer and content writer for all departmental newsletters. At the Hadden Group, Alison’s area of expertise is in sourcing and recruiting for healthcare, accounting and finance, nurse management, and C-Suite executives. Alison currently lives in Franklin with her husband, Lee, and their daughter, Ava. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and doing anything that utilizes her creative side. As an avid fan of live music, Alison is on a mission to check off as many musicians from her bucket list that her husband will allow. Powered by coffee, wine, and dry shampoo, but in no particular order.
Managing Consultant - Professional Search
Tina built and developed a successful residency/fellowship education program for Community Health System sourcing doctors for over 200 hospitals for 14 years. She annually achieved all sales goals and also received a Bachelor’s degree with honors while traveling full time sourcing candidates. Her background of sales and major account support began in 1994 for the communications industry directly with Verizon and partnering with all local providers. Her experience and expertise are a great addition to the healthcare initiative at The Hadden Group, where she focuses on providers, clinicians, surgery center directors, and C-Suite executives. Her entire family lives in middle Tennessee and she enjoys family time, dinners with friends, music, art, events and traveling.
Senior Executive Search Consultant
Chris Thomson has over 25 years of senior healthcare leadership experience focused on service line development, marketing, and management. Chris has led some of the premiere Cardiac programs in the US and achieved US News Top 100 Cardiac program designation, St. Joseph, Towson, MD, first time designation. This results-driven leader commits to delivering clinical and operations excellence. He builds and leads high-performing teams that continually achieve service, quality, and financial objectives. Driving change through his persuasive communication is one of his many talents. At The Hadden Group, Chris focuses on nationwide searches for hospital administrators, physicians, and C-Suite executives. When not at work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, visiting his two sons that live in New York City, and trying new restaurants between his two homes in Nashville and Palm Springs.
Thompson has literally grownup in the recruiting business. Thompson is a graduate of Ensworth High School and The University of Alabama. Thompson assists The Hadden Group with sourcing and identifying quality talent on a part time and seasonal basis.
